As Chef Julien Royer recalls, born into a family of 4th generation farmers in Cantal France, the times spent foraging and harvesting in the backyards helped cultivate his deep appreciation for mother nature’s wholesome ingredients.
He owes every thing he has today to his family especially his grandmother Odette. She made him realise how joy and love can be demonstrated through food and taught him the importance of adding little specialties to create innovations that will excite your palate and fill your heart.
Most importantly grandma Odette showed him how the most remarkable dishes can come from the simplest ingredients! This is Chef Julien Royer’s journey with food.

Verdict:
Its dull lifeless presentation, taste flavours which needs much improvements, ungenuine service standards, plain ambience with pesky flies wandering around, all these disappointing flaws makes it really hard to justify a revisit any time soon!
