Their world famous Michelin Starred fine dining restaurants Odette and Jaan rank among the top in Singapore, and together, they won countless prestigious awards!

Yet not many people are aware that the abiding friendship between Chef Julien Royer and Kirk Westaway started in a professional kitchen in London’s Mayfair district!

When Royer was appointed head chef at Jaan in 2011, he needed a sous chef. Kirk was the first man on his mind and he got him over from Argentina!

Set to shock the world, Odette is famously known that it doesn’t disappoint, earning Michelin 2 Star within a year of opening and the fastest rising star on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List ranked at no. 5 in 2018!

3 long hours of lifeless food presentation, dull taste flavours, ungenuine service standards, plain ambience with pesky flies wandering around. These disappointing flaws makes it really hard to justify a revisit any time soon!
