Brasserie Les Saveurs is the first restaurant in Singapore to successfully score full marks in the Dexperience List, comparing to other reputable establishments like Jaan, Odette, Shisen Hanten etc.

Remarks:
After 13 weeks of undercover service quality surveying, we identified the effective management of Ms Denise and the passionate service of Mr Manish.

Ms Denise:
In the initial 5 weeks of checks, we identified numerous hygiene issues and service standard flaws. These were successfully rectified and satisfactory service recovery actions were implemented that helped restored customer confidence and loyalty.

Mr Manish:
A young passionate capable young man with absolute professionalism towards his customers. Throughout the 13 weeks of checks, his service standard was always perfect.

His passion touched our hearts and he never once took our regular visits for granted. His level of service consistency was the best we ever encountered and we presented him the Dexperience Best Service Award.

He is the primary reason that made us fall in love with Brasserie Les Saveurs week after week and we look forward to more lovely experiences at Brasserie Les Saveurs.
