An impressive rare epic collaboration by Michelin 3 Star Chef Joachim Wissler of Vendôme from Germany and Michelin 1 Star Chef Kirk Westaway of Jaan from Britain!

Recognised as one of Germany’s too chefs, Chef Joachim is branded for his development of new German Cuisine.

He fuses classical cuisine with a dose of creativity and modernity, while pushing the boundaries for new and forgotten ingredients, techniques and flavours.

Timely enough on 10 and 11 October 2018, these 2 titans collaborate.

Chef Kirk Westaway recently embarked on his culinary journey of reinventing British Cuisine.

What will they bring to the table? Be dazzled by only the finest seasonal produce from their innovative menu!

1. Toffee & caramelized foie gras

3. Devonshire cheddar cheese & buckwheat pancake

4. Fish & chip Tatlet

Chef Kirk’s signature English Garden of 11 cooked vegetables, 7 raw vegetables, 8 herbs, 5 flowers and 5 condiments!

Inspired by Chef Kirk’s highly photographic English Garden of his childhood memories during his growing up years in Devon, United Kingdom.

This multi coloured vegetable garden is served with a Scottish seaweed and herb broth in a cute little custom made watering can.

Simply water your own garden with this light broth before tucking in!
